This building will be built like a moon placed on a flat surface. This flat surface will be the disc, and the moon part will be spherical. On a flat surface, there will be three levels: upper disc, middle disc, and lower disc.
- Starting from the base, the first disc will have a convention centre, loading dock storage, Business Centre, and global meeting place.
- The middle disc part will have meeting spaces, ballrooms, lounges, restaurants, spas, event centres, kids zones, teen zones, arena floors, show theatre and Business centres.
- The upper disc will have plazas, lounges, boutiques, an event centre concourse, an arena concourse, a shuttle station, a casino, merchandising, a discovery centre and a nightclub.
- The upper disc roof will be a terrace to that spherical part. It will have a beach club, lagoon, aquatic centre, greenscape and Amphitheater.
- Going up in the spherical part, starting from the base of the sphere there will be layers of hotel suites. The first 10 layers are 2000 hotel suites.
- Then there will be a shuttle station, club floor and housekeeping.
- Going up, there will again be 2000 hotel suites spread across 10 floors.
- Then there will be a shuttle station again along with a club floor and mechanical.
